On February 5, 2026, the County of Marin Department of Finance, Internal Audit Division, submitted this final Ordinance 3760 Final Grant Audit Compliance Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 to Marin County Parks staff. This audit assessed grantee compliance with Ordinance 3760 and its Expenditure Plan, and the policies and grant guidelines developed for Measure A-funded grant programs. Measure A funds grants supporting work in parks and open spaces managed by local cities, towns, and districts; outdoor access for local residents that experience barriers; and sustainable agriculture through agricultural easements, conservation on working lands, and food systems and resilient ecosystems. This annual audit of 62 grantees found all grantees were in compliance with Ordinance 3760, their grant agreement requirements, and Marin County Parks policies pertaining to their grants. Pages: 11
