Use this form to apply for a special event permit at a Marin County park. A special event meets any of the following criteria:
- Exceeds the capacity of a single group reservation site at a park
- Makes use of multiple group reservation sites in a park at the same time
- Sells tickets for entry
- Sells food, beverages, merchandise, or conducts commercial sales of any kind at the event
- Will have amplified sound of any kind
- Will set up additional activities or amenities outside the boundary of a group reservation site
