Subcommittee Michael Mitchell and Marcus White met and reviewed the scope of the work to find opportunities to save costs. Discussed other items such as basketball court surface and retaining wall surrounding the park near the library, which may in fact be a higher priority.

Commissioner comments: All: Welcome to Reilani

Chris Fitting suggested the possibility of installing bike racks on the other side of the park, where bikes have been leaned up against the fence.

Marcus expressed support for the retaining wall and working water fountain.

Lance Meade would also like to see a new one installed. Would like to see the water fountain installed in the current place in VG II replacement fountain. To make changes to the DG surrounding the fountain to ensure ADA access, with the understanding that a landscape architect at the county would need to approve recommendations.

5.    UPDATE ON CSA 33 ACTIVITIES (INFORMATION ITEM)
Nova Hairston provided a general maintenance update with input and discussion by everyone in the meeting.
